Police duty belts are also referred to as gun belts, duty rigs or kit belts. They are often made out of nylon or leather materials. They are often used by police officers, prison wardens, and security officers to easily carry along all their required police gears. The duty belt is characterized with a series of pouches designed to be attached to the belt that can be used for holding gears. This makes it very easy for officers to access gears when needed.
